Today’s letter is a bit different.

Instead of diving into something new, I wanted to slow down.

Reflection is a sign of growth.

Sometimes in order to move forward, we need to slow down.

With that said, there’s a few shifts that will be happening here inside of your weekly High Performance Vegan letters each week.

My personal belief is quality > junk.

Rather than reducing the quality of your letters each week, I’m committed to making sure you continue to receive the highest quality plant-based newsletter on the planet.

So my commitment is to continue to serve your weekly 1-3-1 letter every week (excluding holidays and family time).

However, your Tuesday letters will evolve a bit more.

Some weeks you may receive 1 email.

Other weeks you may receive 2-4 (depending if there’s a special offer I think might benefit you).

(while never spamming your inbox).

Either way, my commitment is ensuring you get the best quality writing from myself, while staying true to my values.

I’ve learned that balance for my health, family, and life is just as important as the impact I want to make with our work.
